General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Duphaston is a drug that is similar to progesterone, a female hormone. It generally does not cause changes in fetal movements. It is very important that you see your doctor to examine you and determine the cause of your baby not moving as previously. Many times the baby is just sleeping but this needs to be checked to make sure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General and Family Physician
