Hi,

It has no adverse effects on pregnancy. Combined oral contraceptive pills like Duoluton act by inhibiting endogenous gonadotropins (FSH and LH) produced and released by pituitary gland through a negative feedback mechanism and hence commonly used in the IUI fertility treatment. It is considered to be safe and there is no documented evidence of it causing any harmful effects in the future pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
