Does Divalproex Depakote Damage The Liver?

I am taking Divalproex Depacot 125 mg. 3 x a day. Will this much medicine damage my liver? I am taking this because I have annoying restless leg syndrome. I also take carbidopa-Levedopa 25-100 mg 1 tab one hour before bedtime, and 2 tabs Carbadopa-Levodopa 10-100 nightly at bedtime. I still have restless leg about four hours during day and night time, I can t sleep with the jerking of my legs. 0000 Joan Webb

Yes, it has a side effect of hepatotoxicity, but it's asymptomatic and affect the liver functions by increasing the levels of liver enzymes, like SGPT and SGOT.
