Hi,

Ciprofloxacin does not have any known drug interaction with norco (Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen), amlodipine, losartan, nexium (esomeprazole magnesium), advair (fluticasone and salmeterol), singulair (Montelukast), xyzal (Levocetirizine), lasix (Furosemide) or potassium supplements.

General & Family Physician Dr. AJEET SINGH's  Response
Hi,

You can safely start Cipro with the drugs you are already on. There are no interactions reported between all of them. As a clinician, what I advise all my patients that they should keep a spacing of at least 30 minutes (half an hour) between all allopathy medicines. This is the gastric emptying time and no drug interferes with pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics of another.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
