Does Cipro Cause Severe Fatigue?
I am so tired. I just want to be laying down. No energy. 1 week now. Finished a 10 day course of Cipro in the beginning of the week for ear infections. I have fluid in the ears and lost much hearing but it is slowly improving. I have a history of aplastic anemia and BMT 24 years ago. Am scared it is happening again. Rare side effect of Cipro? What is the statistical occurance of that? Going to ent Tuesday. Ty

There are many side effects of Ciprofloxacin. Yes, it may cause generalized weakness, but anemia also may be the cause for generalized weakness. Please consult your physician and get examined for hemoglobin and blood investigation and get treated accordingly.
