Hello,

Axit which contains mirtazapine may indeed cause dizziness and it does so frequently enough (almost 1 out of 10-15 patients taking it will experience this symptom).

Its most common side effect is sleepiness which occurs to more than 50% of patients taking it. Sometimes patients get used to the side effects, other times they don't.

If this side effect is overwhelming for you then you should about it with the treating doctor. Your doctor may suggest alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
