General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Lansoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor and it does not contain any antibiotic including amoxicillin. Lansoprazole works by reducing stomach acid production and is very good in treating Gastroesophageal reflux disease. Please continue the medication as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
