Do Ulcers Cause Dark Coloured Urine?
I have ulcers and amin the middle of a particularly bad flare up. My stomach is giving me such pain its almost unbearable. My back hurts badly too. Very bloated. I just started on Prilosec and Pepto Bismal, however my question is this......... My urine is so concentrated looking. Cant tell if theres blood in it or if its just that concentrated. Can ulcers cause this?

Ulcers do not cause dark urination.
Some of the causes of the dark urination are:
- Urinary Tract infections
- Dehydration
- Kidney cysts
- Long-distance running, and
- Kidney or bladder stones
I suggest you to do:
- An ultrasound
- A urinalysis to rule out the cause
