Hello,
If multiple follicles are seen while under treatment, it suggests that the medications being given have caused this follicular development. This is not enough to get pregnant. The follicles, at least one, should grow to maturity and shed the ovum. With timely and proper intercourse at the time of ovulation, you can conceive. If the finding of multiple follicles is seen prior to treatment, it suggests polycystic ovaries with the menstrual history. For further help, you may contact me with reports. Take care.
