General & Family Physician Dr. Rishi Pal Singh's  Response
Only physical examination by a doctor can confirm the diagnosis, whether it is hernia or hydrocoele or varicocoele. If it is hernia antibiotics have no role ,only surgery is the answer. The best way is to consult a surgeon he will guide in the best way.
