Do Tramadol And Zoloft Cause Difficulty In Passing Urine?

Hi im a 21 year old female, been in the hospital for the last 2 days, went in with severe backpain, current medicaion im on in zoloft and nexium, they gave me tremadol and panadene forte and sent me home. I spent the whole night and morning feeling busting as in needing to urinate, but could not pass, i tried so many times and could not pee, went back to hospital and got catherised and it really hurt, then they took the cathiter out and i had to try and wee on my own, it took me 5 hours to go, and it hurt, stung, they did a urine test and was ok. They told me maybe the tremadol and zoloft caused me to not be able to pass urine, and told me to stop taking the tremadil. i have come home and am still having a lot of back pain, and severe stomach pain bellow breast bone and above the belly button. Also still finding it difficult to wee, although i have managed to a few times today, im just experiencing a lot of pain. Any ideas?
