Do Bisoprolol And Perindopril Cause Breathlessness And Swelling Of Ankles?

I am taking Bisoprolol for LBBB and Perindopril for high BP. I have put on weight, have extreme difficulty using it, have swollen ankles and discomfort in the varicose veins in my legs with cramp. Doctors say 'put your feet up' as much as possible but I feel that the problem is claudication. I am also breathless when walking up hills and have been scheduled to have an angiogram in April to check for angina. An ECG suggested proximal LAD lesion whatever that is but I think my problems are a result of the tablets I am taking. When I forgot them one day I felt a whole lot better. Would a change of tablets help do you think?
