Discomfort In Left Side, Swelling In Knees, Bruised Right Knee After Falling Down. What Could Be Wrong?

what is the price to get an answer
I fell 6 weeks ago on concrete on both knees.. I have been seeing the company Doctor every since the injury. I still have some discomfort in my left and a dent in the patella, my knee swells and sometimes pops when I walk. I am waiting on a referral answer back to see an orthopedic which has now been 2 weeks in the process. My right knee bruised during the fall but haven't had much pain til the last few days, the doctor says she doesn't think it is injured. I am so frustrated not knowing what could be wrong.

Hi,
It seems that due to injury there might be having ligament and maniscus and some cartilage damage of knee joints.
Go for MRI knee joints to know the exact nature of damage.
Try to consult orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible.
Give complete rest to knee joints.
Take anti-inflammatory medicine for few days.
Ok and take care.
