Discomfort In Adam's Apple On Sleeping, Discomfort In Ears, Pinching Pain In Head On Eating, Throbbing In Body, Twitching And Stinging In Joints. Remedy?

My adams apple is feeling some discomfort when I sleep, and when I turned my head while I sleep my ears feels this weird sensation. When I chew the top of the my head feels this pinching pain. Also all over my body Ive been feeling throbbing, its not painful and its a repitive twitching and now my joints are feeling stinging pain.
