Difficulty In Walking, Getting Up From Sitting Position Due To Leg Pain. Feels Like Loosing Walking Movement

hello
I have leg pain sometimes and it is hard to walk, go up and down the stairs. I have problems with my hip to my feet. It is worse when I sit too long and then get up and try to walk. It feels like I am losing by walking, movements. This has been happening for over two years and been to doctors.

Hi,
If you are elderly then there might be possibility of having some degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral vertebrae giving rise to irritation or pressure on nerves producing this type of pain.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region.
Do back extension exercise.
Avoid weight lifting or bending forward.
Ok and take care.
