Difficulty In Swalling, Feel Something Struck In Throat, Feel Head Pressure. High BP. Potassium, Magnesium Are Low

One months ago I start feeling like I couldn't swallow and been feeling like something stuck in my throat every night since then and when I wake up I feel pressure in my head I take heiz for high blood pressure my potassium is low and my magnesium is low when I went to the hospital they want to I have blood Cox I dont now whats wrong with me can you tell me?

I have gone through your query regarding your symptoms concern with as there is some thing struck in your throat, and you a patient of hypertension.

In this connection I would like to tell you that it may be -

1- GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease)

2- It may be side effect of anti hypertensive medicines.- Ace inhibitors are well known for this side effect and this molecule is widely used as anti hypertensive medicine.
