Difficulty In Sleeping, Fatigue. High BP, SGPT 105, Inner And Outer Bill 1.88, Mild Enlargement Of Liver. ECG Clear. On Tri-omle And Liv 52. Any Other Tests And Medications?

Sir , my B.P. on 27.02.2013 was 120/80, on 06.04.13 it was 167/163, then on 08.04.13 it was abnormally high. Complete lever test, sonography , echo-cardio was done . in lever test SGPT was 105 and inner & outer bill was 1.88 , sonography indicates mild enlargement of lever. Echo-cardio reports shows all flow are clear.
i am taking Tri -omle 40mg for b.p & liv-52 , i have almost sleepless nights so feels tired and sometimes exetermely tired. kindly suggest any other test and other prescriptions.

Do serum b creatinine as most of the uncontrolled hypertension are secondary to renal problem
Change your drug to amlopress-at and old but affective drug. . Take this in combination of 5/50mg.
Your liver enzymes suggests that you may have fatty liver something called metabolic syndrome is building up. . Reduce weight.
Tell me if you have done viral markers to rule out a chronic liver disease yet. . And if you take alcohol on daily basis or not.
