Hi Dr. Nirja I m 33 yrs old female, i was twice been aborted as first tine it was missed abortion & 2nd time it was blighted ovum. Its been 1 yr now but haven't tried to conceive but won't to conceive but before that want to make sure everything is alright. recently i had a pain in left side of my stomach. my USG report says there is free fluid seen in left adnexa, suggestive of ruptured left ovarian cyst. want to know is this matter of concern & what next to be done.

hi.. you are trying to conceive from the past 2 years.. you have not mentioned about the hormonal levels, any other report before you had ovarian cyst.. you need to consult a good infertility specialist before taking the treatment and undergo hormonal assays.. take appointment on the 2nd or 3rd day of your cycle i.e 2nd day or 3rd day of menstrual bleeding and get your hormones and USG done for antral follicle count.. all the very best..
