Diagnosed With Temp Mandular Joint Syn And Carpal Tunnel Syn. Now Painful Lumps Across Ribs. Could This Be Connected?
hi, I recently visited my doctor with painful lumps across the top of my ribs and she prescribed me anti inflammatories..I have a crackling noise and pain in my neck, shoulders and the top to the bottom of my spine and its very painful too...im constantly taking painkillers for it and it gives me a very sore head..i have been diagnosed a few years ago with temp mandular joint syn and carpal tunnel syn..could this be connected or causing the pain and headaches please,,everytime i go to the doctor i dont tell them because theres too much to say and my husband shouts at me for not telling but i feel embarrassed..its getting me down and i dont want to leave the house most of the time..
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The lump across the ribs is not likely to be connected to the carpal tunnel syndrome and TM joint syndrome. An autoimmune disorder causing a generalized inflammation of joints needs to be considered. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
