Diagnosed With Spondylitis, Crohns, Low Platelets. Is There Any Treatment ?

I have been diagnosed with spondolitis, Crohns, HLA-B27+, and when my lab work was crashing (dangerously low platelettes, red count and white count a bone marrow biopsy was sent to the MAYO clinc with a response of Suspicious of MDS ). Plus have 2 blood clots (at supermesenteric and portal). I found only one possible case of someone with MDS and Spondolitis. Anyone else out there like me, ALso, thsi isn t my entire profile

1. as case is diagnosed with MDS (pre leukemia) that means your stem cells are/is not functioning well.
2. did it occurred due to environmental exposure or is genetic?
3. treatment is/will depend at this stage not to progress to LEUKEMIA stage,(because presentation and case is unusual (rare) thus consult your healthcare provider regarding the same.
