Diagnosed With Descending Perineum Syndrome Manifesting As Painful Rectal Lump. Treatment?

I have been diagnosed with descending perineum syndrome which manifests itself in my case as a lump in the rectum which is painful (stress usually seems to make it worse) - I have seen 5 specialists with no advice as to treatment. I have taken codeine (10mg) regularly for some time. Is there anything that can be done for this condition?

those with descending perineum syndrome Urinary symptoms ,Colo-proctologic symptoms,sexual problems, pain in perianal region not controlled with diet ,medicines ,physiotherapy next line treatment may be the surgical better to consult gynecologist for your problem.
