i have cervical spondylisis how can u help me to get treated? i did xray and some tests the xray result say ,that theres straigthening of spine;theres adetached osteophyte at c4. am 34 now, dr prscb .declopenal, mixanal,and ascobic acid, plus d use of cervical colar. i was diognos of pott disease 11yrs ago and i was fully treated. i ride motor cycle 200km per week . pls i need ur help DR

Hi,

X ray suggestive of cervical spondylosis ,but it does not give details of soft tissue involvement especially the extent of disc involved.Hence MRI spine is abeeter choice if no contraindication

Use cervical collar, avoid weight lifting ,you also require neuralgic drugs like pregabantin with methycobal preparation .

Consult neurologist/neurosurgeon for further plan and management
