Diabetic, Scraped Top Of Toes Against Bed Frame, Skin Red, Swelling. Cure?

I think I need to see a podiatrist. I am diabetic and I scraped the tops of my toes against the bottom of BED FRAme.
I scraped the skin. I have cleaned it with alcohol preps and put bactroban on it. It is hard to judge if there is much damage since I take meds that sometimes makemy feet sell and my skin has reddened (I a 75). I have medicare but I am visiting MPLS and do not know a podiatrist to go to.

Hi, the diabetic should be very care full about the injuries, and skin infections. First of all you should get the blood sugar tested, and if it is more have to modify the dose or the drug.
Regarding the injury you can consult a surgeon, or orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
