Diabetic Patient Is Careful With Diet But ECG Report Showed RBBB And Blockage In Chest. Is This Why He Has Difficulty Breathing?

Sir My dad is about 70 yrs and having diabetic since from past 30 years we have been taking all cares and following diet strictly but few days before we had gone for regular checkup and found ecg report abnormal having problem in RBBB after getting this result doctors prescribed us some medicine but yesterday night he is feeling some short of blokage near chest and told me that he is having difficulty while breathing immediately i pursue to hospital but all of sudden everything was normal what should i do regarding this concern plz answer

Dear sir

The shortness of breath might be due to low cardiac output.. it is usually caused due to decreased ventricular output.. the best test to do is to measure ejection fraction by doing 2d echo scanning
