Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sir

Isolated prandial hyperglycemia is usually associated with over weight or some chronic condition.
According to your values, you can consider adding alpha glucosidase inhibitors to control your sugars if you do not have any contraindications such as liver and renal problems

Thanks

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello,
Although dietary control and regular exercises play a very important role in controlling blood sugar levels but they are unable to do so beyond a point. At some or other stage you do need some medications to control your blood sugar levels.Controlling your blood sugar levels immaculately is very important so as to avoid future micro as well macrovascular complications.
Although different branches of medical science have anti diabetic drugs but allopathic medicines are the best because they are scientific, their actions, side effects and dosage known and are easily available everywhere.
You must consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist and get your self examined, investigated and managed properly.
Keep taking your dietary precautions and do regular exercises.
Thanks
