Diabetes, renal failure, has excessive bleeding during periods since intake of prescribed medicines. Reason?

My mother is suffering from type-II diabetes alongwith renal failure problem with serum creatinine level of 6.07 mg/dl. Doctors prescribed him: Tab. Torget 100 mg (twice a day) Tab. Nodosis-DS 1 gm (thrice a day) Tab. Sevbait-DT 400 mg (thrice a day) Tab. Atorbave-D 10 mg (once a day) Tab. Nervup forte (once a day) Now after 1 week she is complaining of excessive blood loss during her period. Kindly suggest me the possible reason for the same.

Kindly write the generic names of the medicines and reply,
Excessive bleeding may be because of variety of reasons ,
Hormonal etc,
She needs to see a gynacologist asap
