Developed Squint In The Eye. Dizziness While Standing. Low Potassium Levels. Is That The Reason?

My mom 69 years old has got squint eye suddenly. eye doctor
gave anti allergy eye drops and after one week she is getting dizziness while standing , sleeping and sitting also. Blood Pressure is normal. Taking pain medication from over the counter. No luck. Blood report says all good except potassium low. blood sugar is 180

Do stop the antiallergic eye drops and observe. Sometimes when there is absorption of antiallergics into the system one can have mild sedation and dizziness.
