Delayed Periods, Pregnancy Test Negative, Dry Hands, Dizzy, Vomiting And Back Pain. When I Can Test Again?

Hi, I am 32 years old. I was married on Feb 24th. I got my last period on April 14th Now this may 23rd I didnt get my periods . When I did pregnenct test it was negative.
On April 14th when i took blood test it shows that my hp content is 8.3 my hands are very dry now I feel very dizziness and vomitting . doctor gave me folic acid tablets and some iron tablets which dosent affect my pregnency he said I am eagerly waiting .When I can test again please advice.
I am having severe back pain

If your periods are delayed by more than 7 days and the test has come negative, then most likely the pregnancy is ruled out. It is best to get your serum beta HCG levels evaluated for confirmation.
