What Causes Delay In Periods,cramping,back Pain & Headaches?

I have 2 missed periods i am having cramps in my stomach diherrea for 2 days feel dizzy lower back pain sometimes headaches.i feel dizzy,faint and unhealthy.i am not having sore breasts.but i took 5 pregnancy test all came neg and had 1 today after 2 missed periods still neg. Can i still be pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
As all the five urine pregnancy test kits gave negative results, the possibility of pregnancy is rare.
Irregularity in periods can occur due to many causes like:
-Hormonal imbalance due to stress and strain, dietary changes, weight changes etc.
-Poly cystic ovary disease etc.
-Thyroid hormonal abnormalities etc.
So, as it is two months over after last period, better to consult gynecologist and get evaluated to find out the cause for your problem.
