Delayed Periods After Having Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Test Came Negative. TSH And FT4 Test Came Normal.
assalamualaikum. i m 25 years old. i had unproted sex with my husband 5 days before my period. but now i m 20 days late of my period. i have taken two urin test at 10, 12 days late my period which was negetive and then i went to my doctor at15 days . she test my blood, tsh, FT4, glucose . but blood test also came negetive. my beta hcg level was 0.84. tsh, ft4 is ok. she told me that wait for more two week and then will test again. and she gave me folison to continue. now i m so worry to think that, why ny period is not coming. is there any other problem in my body. i just want to inform u that, i feel hungry more than before and feel tried. otherwise i have no pelvic pain. my breast is slightly sowllen. i have never missed my period and i have a regular period. is there any possibility to being pregnent? i m so worry because i think my hcg level is so much low to being pregnent. plz give me ans.

After going through your history it seems that most probably you are not pregnant but you need to recheck hcg again after few days because some times ectopic pregnancy or unviable pregnency gives similar kind of picture.
Most probably you have missed periods due to some hormonal imbalance other than thyroid hormone or stress etc which is not a cause of much concern at this stage, it happens some times and improves on its own(some times may require medicines, not to worry since this is not a serious problem)
Remain in touch of your gyne she would suggest other hormonal tests later on
