Delayed Period With Bloated Stomach, Constipation, Ovary Pain. US Showed Anechoic Cyst. Pregnant Or Something Else?

i have missed my periods by 4 days.i have bloated stomach.constipated and also pain in my left ovary sometimes.i got a sonography done around 8 -9 days back.It says "anechoic cyst noted in the right ovary measuring about1.6*1.4cm. (?follicle)".but its almost 8 days since and my peroids were due 4 days back.am i pregnant or is it something else?

Hi,
First thing you need to do is take a urine pregnancy test. It can easily be done at home. If thats negative then just wait another week or so and then get investigated if no periods. You may need another ultrasonography to be done. If the size of the cyst remains more than 1 cm then you will need medication and some blood tests to look for any hormonal imbalance causing the delay.
