Delayed Period, Sore Breasts, Have Cravings. Used HCG Detecting Test Strip. Could I Be Pregnant?
I am just late by 1 day of period delay and I checked using a HCG detecting test strip and it showed one faint line and another dark line (two lines). over the past 2 weeks or so i have been having heavy and sore breasts (enlarged too). I have been having strong cravings (I wonder why but I thoughts it is because I am going to have my periods soon. Could I be pregnant?

Yes, you may be pregnant.
Faint positive result on HPT may be due to low HCG level in early pregnancy.
You may repeat urinary pregnancy test after 4-5 days.
Ultrasound of pelvis is the investigation of choice as it shows G-sac earliest.

Two line always suggests pregnancy but you did it very early.You have to do it again after 7th day of missing cycle.
Your symptoms also suggest pregnancy.You can also confirm it by blood hcg level and usg.If you don't want pregnancy than go for protected sex.
Consult your gynecologist for further guidance.
