Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

It is always best to know the medical history of your partner before having sexual relations with them.

In your case, unless your partner had an STD (eg. herpes) which could be transmitted from direct contact of a lesion/sore that was present in her mouth, to your body, it is highly unlikely that she would transmit an STD to you. Most of the other STD's would be transmitted either by direct contact of your genitals with hers, exchange of body fluids, etc.

For a start you could discuss your partners medical history, and learn more about her. The next thing you could do is to visit a doctor and get yourself tested.

I hope I have succeeded in answering your questions, you could write back to me anytime for further clarifications.

Best wishes.

hi there,
am dr.surendran
nice to meet you here in HCMagic
Sexually transmitted diseases have a diverse list of causes and, as such, they also have a very varied set of symptoms. This is only further complicated by the fact that so many of the diseases start out having no symptoms at all.
in order to know your status,do hiv and vdrl test
in order to get rid of pain,
1Avoid scented pads or toilet paper, creams, bubble bath, feminine sprays, and douches.
2Use water and a plain, unscented soap to regularly clean your genital area. But don't wash more than once a day. Doing so can increase dryness.
3 Always wipe from front to back after having a bowel movement.
4Use condoms during sexual intercourse to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
5Avoid sexual intercourse until your symptoms improve.
6Don't scratch -- you can further irritate the area.
hope i helped with your query,
with regards dr.surendiran [hcmagic]
