Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain Caused By Mucosal Thickening Of Maxillary Sinuses

Dear doctor I live in jordan and I have problems in my nose What is the solution of chronic pain by mucosal thickening of both maxillary sinuses ,but I did many surgeries and I took many kinds of antibiotics and now I am thinking to travel to india to find solution ????

Hello,

It may be due to sinusitis. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Continue steam inhalation. In case of fever, you may require antibiotics after ENT consultation. Maintain proper hygiene. Keep yourself hydrated. In case of not getting relief, you may require X-ray sinus after ENT consultation.
