Dandruff And Skin Problem, Tried Various Medication, No Help. Any Other Useful Treatment ?
I am 22yrs old female,working as therapy manager in a pharma company from 1year,the job is a field work, and from past one year i have got dandruff and skin problem like acne , skin tanning scars,etc.I have consulted dermat for six months and used medications like doxycycline oral, ornidazole topical ge,clindamycin gel,ketoconazole shampoo,benzoyl peroxide facewash,but it didnt help,inturn they are harming my skin and hairs more.please suggest some useful treatment which will give me results and wont harm my skin.

acne and dandruff is due to oily skin
stop the use of toxic and oily soaps shampoo creams ointments body application materials like face wash hena dyes etc
food you eat should be non oily non greesy and non fatty and non spicy
lot of warm water
astart antifungal fluconazole 150 m once a week for 3 months as the oily skin is associated with fungus in scalp and leads to dandruff
if the acne increases take course of minocycline 50 mg od for 7 days
if you can stop milk and diary for 3 months
apply clindamycin gel bd
clamine od and tretinoic acid gel at night
switch light off after the gel application as it reacts with light
apply antifungal solution at night and wash with shampoo whitch is non oily and non greesy
do it twice a week
do for 3 months will be benefitted for all signs and symptomps
