in my last cycle i have a cyst on my right overy with size 2 cm so i used sustain for 9 days after that next in cycle when i go for tvs ultrasound to search cyst is available or not i found there is no cyst in my left overy and i found my endrometrioum size is 8 mm so that doctor suggest me to go for laproscopy and hystroscopy surgery. i came to you for second opinion it right or wrong that can go for this surgry for less endometerioum size pls advise me
Hello, 8mm is a normal endometrial thickness in women of reproductive age dueing certain times of the menstrual cycle. If you are over 45, then this may be a thickened endometrium. You havent mentioned your age. Also im not sure, why took susten for 9 days. That would also thicken the endometrium. I suggest you stop all medication for a month, and repeat the ultrasound.
