Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Due to accidental fall you have traumatised your right cheek and upper lip,
There are chances of fracture in the zygomatic region.
Black eye indicates hematoma formation in the region.

Visit to an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon check for fracture, occlusion, any mobility in the tooth,or any mobile fracture segment.

Take necessary x-rays , OPG, PA waters .
Apply moist packs over the swelling.
Maintain a good oral hygiene .
Take tab amoxiclav 625 mg and tab ibuprofen twice for three days till you see the doctor.

Hope this helps out.

Regards.
