What Causes Lump On Superior Lateral Edge Of The Cheekbone?

My face has a small swollen lump on the superior lateral edge of the cheekbone..fluidy swelling travels down to the edge of the jaw and is also present, but not to the same degree on the other side of the face. The left side is warm , but there is no pain presenting.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
you may have some parotid gland infection or cystic tumour. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology to check out whether it is inflammatory or benign tumour or malignant tumour. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
