Cramps, Sensitive Breast. On Period When I Got Shot Of Nur-isterate, Haven't Had Period After That. Can Nur-isterate Take Away Period?

Hey I got my first shot of nur-isterate on 3 October 2013. I wasn't on my period when I got it and my period was due on 8 October. I still haven't got my period yet and it is the end of October. I've been getting strange cramps and my breast are sensitive but not as sore as when I have my period. Can nur-isterate take away your period or am I pregnant?

Hi,
The Noristerat you are using for contraception has a progesteron like product. It avoids the ovulation. the hormonal level is kept high for a period of 8 weeks, so there is menstrual irregularity. If you want to continue contraception, the dose is to be repeated according to the shcedule provided on the accompaning leaflet.
You are not pregnant. Its delayed menstrual cycle due to Noristerat.
Even the breast sensitivity is also due to the drug Please don't worry.
Thanks
