Could Using Mirena IUD Cause Pain In Uterus After Leading To Ectopic Pregnancy?

Hi, I m Samantha! I wanted to ask a question. I have the murena IUD so I know I most likely cannot be pregnant. But, I m worried because if I am or do he pregnant, it s possible I will have an eptopic pregnancy. So I m scared, but I rather be sure than put my life in danger. I ve been experiencing sharp, sudden, and quick pains in my uterus. I also had sex about 2 weeks ago. I don t have a period because of my IUD, so I really don t know since I don t have a period to worry about missing.
