Could There Be HIV Infection After Using Condom During Sex?

mam. i am anoop i am working in uae here coming after i am meet one girl friend and i am shair with my body with us. that time i am putting condam also but this time my dout this relation continuing any possible to coming the hiv/aids. or any other diesesas plece help this dout clearring.

Thank you for query.The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected vaginal route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.It is least as you have used condom during intercourse.so relax and do not worry there is no possibility of HIV if you have used condom in a right manner.you can allay fears of HIV. if you still want to rule out HIV to relive your anxiety go for HIV testing depending on the time since exposure.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
