Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and need More history like age and genital state because there are many cause behind it like-
1- Heart related cause.

2- Respiratory disease or Asthma.

3- Menopause if female and age above 45.

4- Anemia.

5- Hypothyriodism.

6- Psychological problem.

So go through hemogram, thyroid profile, heart and lung investigation.

After getting the proper investigation take proper treatment.

Hope it will be effective for you.

Thanks,
