Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain the symptoms of severe cold, cough, stuffed nose or congestion and sore throat and fever seems consistent with Upper Respiratory Tract Infection also known as common cold or in case if there is high fever it can be Influenza commonly known as Common cold..
Both are viral infections and treatment for both is supportive and there is no cure for virus and medications are given to relieve the symptoms..
You should start taking a course of antibiotics like Augmentin or Azithromycin for preventing or treating secondary bacterial infection, Take Tylenol to reduce fever and Ibuprofen to relieve pains, decongestants like Phenylephrine can be taken to relieve congestion and take mucolytics like Ambroxol for relieving phlegm..
You can also take a cough syrup containing Guaifenesin to relieve cough..
Do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room..
Take Vitamin C supplement to boost up your immunity..
Do warm compresses over chest..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and suck throat lozenges to soothe the throat..
Sip on plenty of warm water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
