Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I have reviewed your history as you are having skin lesions with fluid filled vesicle with pain may be due to the viral infection affecting the nerve.
It may be a zoster or shingle as you are having classical rashes which are painful.
I would suggest you to consult your dermatologist to know what is happening in your body.It is a Contagious disease which should be treated properly.
Consult your doctor at the earliest.
Thank you
