As replied by you to one of ur client to use h h sone cream for one week and leave a gap of two weeks. I too got gud result by using the way you told after the peel. Can u continue using like dis for maintenance like long. Any side effects using long term.thanx

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

The potent steroid (mometasone) that it contains cannot be used on face for long. Using it would obviously lead to side effects related to steroid abuse:

-Acne,
-Photosensitivity,
-Skin thinning (Atrophy) and telangiectasis and
-Facial hair growth(hirsutism), which is especially troublesome in females.

Therefore it should be used only under the supervision of a dermatologist since early signs of steroid abuse may be missed by others. In any case it should not be used for more than 2 weeks on face.
