Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Any thing can produce allergic reaction, to any one, if it is allergic to them. The cream might have been allergic to you. Apply it some where on the body, and watch, if it has caused the itching, it must be due to the allergy.
But such allergy might have been subside by now.So the possibility may be the superinfection by bacteria over the allergc reaction of the cream.
The other possibility is the pin worm ,in this case the itching will be only in the night.
Any how it is always better to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
