i have bleeding piles and i think that they are internal because of strain due to constipation plz doc help me i am too much worry about that.tell me natural medicine that cures inflammation and constipation both. i am 28 years old my current weight is 68 and my height is 6.1

dear dear constipation cause development hemorrhoids which leads to bleeding.so avoid constipation then hemorrhoids will improve gradually.avoid spicy fatty food ,avoid alcohol and smoking regular exercise,eat high fiber diet.use syr.duphalac 30ml at night time.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
