Could The Follicle In The Ovary Be Removed Through Medicines?

hi, my mother had a Menopause about five years but she had several bleedings after that. she give a sonography and in the result she had this problem; the left Ovary has follicle with diameter of 13mm. dose she need a surgery or the problem can be sove with medicine? thanks in advans and sorry for my bad english

Consult the gynecologist and go for reproductive hormone analysis for better management.
Follicle should be treated by birth control pill or by progesterone pill.
