Could Swollen Lymph Nodes And Ticks On Scalp Be Related?

I found an engorged tick on my daughters head on Sunday night. I think the tick bit her on Saturday. This evening I noticed 3 swollen lymph nodes on the back of her head. Is this something that needs to be checked out immediately or is it safe to contact her pediatrician on Monday? By the way no fever and no rash, just the swollen lymph nodes.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

This might be related. If there is no fever, rash or headache, need not be rushed to ER, you can wait till Monday.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
