Could Swelling, Numbness And Pain In Legs Be A Result Of Deep Vein Thrombosis?

I have recently returned from a three week trip to Thailand where my feet were swollen there entire vacation. For the past five nights I have been unable to sleep due to severe leg aches and numbness in them. I am restless all night, legs feel cold and they really just ache and I'm uncomfortable. Swelling has gone down. Could it be DVT?
